One obstacle when navigating daily life is asking for help. We strive to be independent, strong, and competent people. The need for internal strength can prevent us from admitting we don’t have everything figured out. Asking for help can be intimidating, but the ability to move forward with confidence is worth it.
Therapy with me is empathetic, non-judgmental, genuine, and warm. I frequently approach my clients with humor and modify therapy to custom-fit each client for better effectiveness. As clients grow more aware of their strengths and weaknesses, they learn to balance their lives and work more effectively with those around them.
I would like to hear from you to determine if we are a good fit. You are welcome to contact me with questions or for a free 15-minute telephone consultation at (615) 663-2805.
